I can't begin to describe what "art" is, because it is different for everyone...but this is one of my personal photos that really captured a favorite late afternoon, and the link is to a song that holds an immense amount of emotion...again, it is personal, but it captures and sustains a moment, evoking each feeling over again as it did the first time I heard it.
